As of August 2017, I am employed as a full-time Program Manager on deployment for Microsoft Azure. Scroll down to see my recent work, or check out my résumé for additional details about my education and work history :)
During my second internship at Microsoft, I worked cross-team to design, manage, code, and onboard services (including Skype and Universal Store) to deployment automation extensions for Visual Studio, Azure Portal, and Jenkins.
For a side project, I co-founded a 30-member intern team to overhaul Microsoft sustainability initiatives. I also identified services and led onboarding efforts to move Bing, DocumentDB, and Skype onto the Azure Service Deploy infrastructure.
During my first internship at Microsoft, I created end-to-end Azure deployment metric pipelines and insight reporting dashboards used by Skype, Bing, Office 365, and more.
As side projects, I extended the Azure Deployment Manager infrastructure, managed the bridging of feature gaps across deployment platforms, enforced compliance by onboarding teams to the right tools, and generated strategic plans for new features. All of my work was documented with extensive end-to-end tutorials and code repos for new users.
For my first internship in California, I created and managed an end-to-end automated customer engagement program resulting in a 25% click-through rate.
For my other projects, I planned and designed an installation tracker system increasing online user adoption by 80%. Next, I coded a solar installation locator page and email campaign boosting site traffic by 40%. Lastly, I led the production team to create a live sales dashboard.
Over two internships at NexJ I researched, designed the UI/UX , and generated product specifications for an e-prescribing feature projected to increase revenue by $2,000,000. Furthermore, I conducted market analyses leading to partnerships, strategies, and new features.
Lastly, I audited existing processes, implementing changes to save 2,400 hours yearly. For my efforts I was awarded co-op of the year twice.
