Led an AI transformation for 12K+ integrations: developed a data intelligence layer to automatically surface gaps & opportunities (weeks-per-query reduced to near-instant), built self-deploying AI systems to close surfaced gaps ($1M ARR in 6 months), and launched a centralized automated diagnostics platform (reducing incident response time by 50%).

Further led an AI research lab to rapidly incubate emerging AI capabilities and scale those learnings across Plaid.

Led integrations and platform modernization at Code.org: scaled CS to thousands of schools, built novel technologies and a global partnership network to distribute offline-first learning across India and LATAM, transformed the i18n process (83% lower cost; translation turnaround down from months to near-instant), and built a 1M+ events/day analytics layer to empower the organization.

Additionally, overhauled the platform with privacy-by-design consent and student account flows to maintain evolving global compliance.

Founded WeMeta and pivoted from an ETHGlobal 1st-place hackathon win into the analytics layer for open-world games . We powered many of Decentraland’s largest events, including New Year’s, by building real-time streaming pipelines, ingestion services (including game plugins), and insight dashboards.

As Founder/COO, I led product-to-operations execution end-to-end (including budget, roadmaps, hiring, payroll, design, compliance, and legal), raised $6M across two rounds (Digital Currency Group, Tribe Capital, Galaxy Digital, and others), and led a distributed team of 9 across North America and Europe .

At Microsoft Azure, I exposed a hidden reliability crisis by creating AIR (Annual Interruption Rate) and first-ever fleet-level dashboards that translated "green" SLA metrics into real customer interruption impact. That reframed the problem, unlocked executive action, and launched a cross-company reliability program.

I then scaled the effort from a 2-person team to 50+ engineers globally, shipping ML-backed correlation and diagnostics plus customer-workload canary pipelines that reduced customer-impacting regressions by 56%, improved detection/resolution time by 70%, and ultimately improved customer performance/availability by 72%+ across the cloud.

Worked cross-team to build and scale deployment infrastructure: end-to-end metrics pipelines, insight dashboards, and CI extensions used across Visual Studio, Azure Portal, Jenkins, and 200+ Azure services including Skype, Bing, and Office 365.

I also co-founded a 30-member team focused on sustainability and led onboarding efforts to bring Bing, DocumentDB, and Skype onto Azure Service Deploy infrastructure.

Built growth and engagement systems at Complete Solar to improve homeowner conversion: launched an end-to-end automated customer engagement and drip program (25% click-through rate), designed and shipped an installation tracker (80% increase in online user adoption), and built an interactive installer locator plus email campaign (40% increase in site traffic).

I also led production of a live sales dashboard to improve visibility across sales and operations.

Over two terms at NexJ, I researched and designed an e-prescribing product experience and authored detailed product specifications for a feature projected to drive $2M in revenue. I also conducted market analysis that informed new partnerships, strategy, and roadmap decisions.

I audited and automated core internal workflows, including a JavaScript database update tool, reducing manual operations by 2,400 hours annually. I was recognized as Co-op of the Year twice.

I rotated between Alberta and Ekati Diamond Mine (Northwest Territories) to execute electrical safety and commissioning work. I led arc flash studies to identify hazard zones and implemented safety protocols to reduce operational risk.
